This course is a mini journey into the heart of yoga. Each class will be dedicated to a different style or yoga. We will explore Restorative yoga with an emphasis on breath and meditation. We will then explore chair yoga activating many of the poses from a seated position. Next, we will explore Vinyassa yoga and flow from posture to posture on our mats. Last, we will delve into kundalini yoga that uses powerful sun breath with repetitive movements to oxygenate the body and move blockages from our central  nervous system by pumping the vagus nerve with the rhythm of the breath.

She has a 200 hours certification with Master teacher Paula Heitzner and a 200 hours certification in Vinyasa yoga from Barefoot Movement studios in Oakland, California. The actor’s/yogi’s connection to their breath ultimately reveals the honesty of their work.
