Christine most recently served as Assistant Director on the 2007
production of "The King & I". She
previously appeared in Follies in Concert at BCP
She has also performed in Starting Here, Starting Now
at the Players Guild of Leonia (which earned her a Perry Award
nomination). Chris is most proud of originating the Mother in The
Children of Children, a rock opera she co-wrote, recorded and
performs with her band Madmen and Dreamers. They are currently writing
and recording their second rock opera, Remembrance.
She also played
Young Sally in the full production of Follies
at Jan McArt’s Royal Palm Dinner Theatre, though she won’t say when. She
appeared as Maggie in A Chorus Line at Tennessee Repertory
Theatre in Nashville and Florence Unger in The Odd Couple (Female
Version) at the Shalom Theatre in Indianapolis. Chris is most proud of
originating the role of the Mother in The Children of Children, a
rock opera she co-wrote, recorded and self-produced at venues ranging
from the Windsor Theatre in Pompton Lakes to Merkin Concert Hall in NYC.
She is the lead
female singer in the band Madmen and Dreamers, currently writing and
recording their second rock opera, Remembrance, and releasing a
cover of Santana’s “The Nile” for a tribute album. Chris has a taste for
adventure – her latest conquest: the flying trapeze!
