BERGEN COUNTY PLAYERS COVID-19 POLICY

BCP's COVID-19 policy is research-based, arrived at from a variety of sources including the CDC and other government agencies, and a variety of BCP Committees including Health and Safety, Play and Casting, and the Marketing Committee's surveys of our members and our patrons, We are also following the actions of fellow community theaters in the region, and the policies instituted by the professional theater industry. Above all, we are acting on our desire to keep our members and patrons safe. 

• All cast, theatre volunteers & staff, and audience members must be fully vaccinated.* Proof of Covid-19 vaccination will be required of everyone upon entry to the theatre.   
• Face coverings of our patrons are required in all public areas of the theatre including lobby areas, restrooms and when seated during the performance.
• All seats in the theatre will be available for sale.
• We encourage everyone to wash hands frequently; hand sanitizer will be made available in various areas of the theatre for your convenience.
• We are happy to advise that new & upgraded MERV filters were installed on all HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditoning) units, and UV Lights were installed on all HVAC units to help eradicate airborne pathogens.
• We continue to follow CDC and State of NJ guidance and will modify our protocols if/as guidance changes. Should that occur and you no longer wish to attend a performance we will offer a full refund.

           *In general, people are considered to be fully vaccinated:
2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or
2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine
